| As associate Superintendent of Schools, Cheri Patterson supervises building principals K-12 and is the Director of the Department of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. She oversees professional development activites designed to meet SJSD goals for improving academic achievement. In addition, Cheri represents the SJSD on community initiatives involving teaching and learning. Mrs. Patterson received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Master's of Arts degree in Early Childhood, and Specialist degree in Superintendency from Northwest Missouri State Unversity. |
| Brian Shindorf is the Assistant Director of Elementary Curriculum and Instruction. He supervises the K-6 Curriculum Coordinator as well as several other programs including Parents as Teachers, Talented and Gifted, and childcare services. In addition, Brian mentors new administrators, and helps facilitate the SJSD Aspiring Principals' Cohort and New Teacher Mentoring Programs.
Mr. Shindorf received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education with a certificate in Special Education from Missouri Western State University, Master's of Science in Education, and Specialists in Education in Superintendency from Northwest Missouri State University. Mr. Shindorf is currently ABD at the University of Missouri. |
| As the Assistant Director of Secondary Curriculum and Instruction, Dr. Jaime Dial supervises 7-12 Curriculum Coordinators as well as several secondary programs including ESOL and Alternative Schools. In addition, she mentors new administrators, and works with Brian Shindorf to facilitate the SJSD Aspiring Principals' Cohort and New Teacher Mentoring Programs.
Dr. Dial holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri Western State University and Master's degree and Doctorate in Administration from Baker University.
